Folium Urtica dioica extract 5:1 260mg, Folium Ocimum sanctum (2.5% Ursolic Acid) 200mg
Radix Zingiber officinale (20% gingerols) 160mg
Gum Boswellia serrate (30% AKBA) 50mg
EGCG 40% 50mg, Luteolin (90%) 20mg.
Dosage
2 capsules 2 times daily. Reduce to one time daily after 14 days.
Contraindication: Do NOT take if pregnant or lactating
Note: Rare side effect of boswellia (Frankincense) includes diarrhea, skin rash, acid reflux or nausea. Caution in those with pre-existing gastritis or gastroesophageal reflux.
