Carbamide Plus® provides special dietary support for healthy kidney function. By providing nutrients that enhance the osmotic transfer of tissue fluids, Carbamide Plus® supports the physiological elimination of water soluble waste products, and promotes a healthy fluid balance in the body.

Carbamide (urea), a water soluble, non-toxic substance, is produced in the liver, and is utilized by the body in a number of processes, primarily nitrogen excretion. It is synthesized by the body as part of the urea cycle. Besides its role in transporting nitrogen waste, carbamide plays a critical role in the reabsorption of water and key minerals from excreted urine. This mechanism is important for hydration and the maintenance of healthy pressure.
